The Little School For Wine
The Little School for Wine was born as proof of how passionate we are about wine. It is intended to have more and more people learn about this beverage and become enthusiastic, that they start having the experiences that can only happen by drinking and enjoying good wine. I once read an author who described wine as magic in a bottle that makes us feel things we have never felt before. But in order to experience these sensations with greater intensity, it is very important to understand its origin. How that liquid we are drinking exists because several years ago, someone with a vision and lots of sacrifice, thought about having some vineyards, chose the land, the grape, and worked very patiently to have fruit that would allow him make good wine. The process ending in us having good wine at home is so long and so interesting, that more and more I agree with this author, who defines wine as something magic. But wine has a more important quality that is easy to understand; you don’t need to be highly gifted to understand what is in the bottle, and we hope we can pass it on to you.
We are going to keep on adding subjects, from the basics to the more complex ones, with clear and simple language.
